Gordon Commercial Building • Modoc and Hollister

This mixed use building is commercial space on the first floor and a residential unit on the second. Challenges for this project included an extremely tight lot size, large archway spans, and heavy traffic along the adjacent roadways.  The class A finished product is leading the way for the future development for both commercial and residential projects in this neighborhood.
