The complete remodel of a historical residential Victorian home to luxury office suites, including construction of three custom residential condominiums. The existing historical residence, "The Grant House", as built in 1902. Due to the nature of this project, careful consideration was given to each facet in order to keep the original design and details intact. Much of the original woodwork had to be replaced and refinished to recapture its original splendor. The three story condominium complex located to the rear of the property was designed to match the craftsman style of the "The Grant House".
