Bid Scope:

-Remove and replace existing AH 29 and associated EF-70, which are at the end of their use
-Temporary AH and EF will be provided and included as part of this project
-Duration of the Temporary Units will be less than 180 days
-Provide new alum screening of equipment over existing enclosure
-Reroofing of the area will take place under separate permit at the end of proposed work
-Roof plan includes demo (landscape, dirt removal & storage for later use, removal of BUR roofing), roofing (single play class A, sheet metal flashing/scuppers) and landscaping (irrigation, planting, sloping of planters w/sikacrete)
-Temp AH-29 plan includes demo, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, plumbing, structural steel, roofing/waterproofing, concrete (curbs), aluminum louvers, sheet metal flashing
-Permanent AH-29 plan includes demo, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, structural steel, concrete (curb/mechanical pad extensions)
